Health & Safety Supervisor

Promote and actively drive a strong health, safety and environmental culture across the Data Center project, ensuring compliance with all site, client and regulatory requirements. Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments, proactively identifying hazards and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and support subcontractors in meeting HSE standards, including inductions, permits to work, toolbox talks, RAMS/WMS reviews and documentation management. Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, perform root cause analyses and contribute to the implementation of effective improvement measures. Deliver HSE training and daily safety briefings, provide expert guidance to project stakeholders and support the continuous improvement of HSE processes and site documentation.

• Must hold at least diploma level recognised qualification in Occupational Safety, Health and Welfare at Work, Construction safety management or recognised equivalent diploma

• Several years of EHS experience on large-scale construction projects in pharmaceutical, industrial, infrastructure, or Data Center projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction safety management, risk assessment methodologies, contractor management, and permit-to-work systems working at least at General Contractor level

• Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally with workforce teams, subcontractors, and management while fostering a strong safety culture

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage

• Relevant EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, SUVA, ISO 45001, or equivalent) are highly desirable
