Support the rollout of CRM processes and tools within Customer Service and Sales Assist in documenting Lead-to-Cash processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity handling, order processing) Create and maintain process maps, guidelines, and documentation Help coordinate rollout activities and collect stakeholder feedback Support project tracking, reporting, and KPI analysis Document workshop outcomes, decisions, and action items Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure data quality

Structured and detail-oriented thinking
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Analytical mindset and affinity for process optimization and data
Hands-on, proactive, reliable, and able to work autonomously
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
