As a Heilpädagogische/r Früherzieher/in, your duties include advising and empowering families in dealing with their children's development and support, conducting developmental diagnostics, planning and discussing next support priorities, working collaboratively with other professionals, providing support in families, at the specialist service, and designing offers in small groups, actively participating in the development of the team, attending further training, benefiting from supervision and intervisions, actively shaping the development of the team, finding solutions and answers to needs and questions in early intervention.
