RF Electrical Technician (AIT) – Space

Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Perform electrical cabling, routing, mating/demating, and equipment installation. Support electrical testing and power‑on phases. Ensure strict compliance with ESD, cleanliness, and quality standards. Participate in troubleshooting and technical investigations. Maintain full traceability (logs, checklists, cable/connector tracking). Work closely with AIT engineers and quality teams. Perform electrical and RF equipment integration and connections at spacecraft level. Install and validate test equipment. Execute test procedures during AIT phases. Conduct tests in complex environments such as thermal vacuum, vibration, and anechoic chambers. Perform first‑level troubleshooting on test benches and tools. Escalate issues to designated technical support when nominal electrical sequences cannot be followed. Disconnect, remove, and store test equipment safely. Classify, archive, and document all test‑related information. Save and manage test and measurement results.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical education

  • Electrical or related field of study is an advantage

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an AIT (Assembly, Integration & Test) environment within the space sector

  • Strong background in: Electronics and electrical operations (standard test operations, connections, harness handling, soldering, crimping)

  • Troubleshooting and problem‑solving techniques

  • Conducting tests and experiments
