Accountant Assistant – AP

As a member of the Finance team, you will support the accounts payable activities and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day accounting operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Enter, review, and monitor supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.

Support the preparation of supplier payments and monitor payment due dates to optimize cash flow management.

Manage employee expense claims, including verification, approval, and integration into the accounting system.

Ensure accurate accounting allocation of supplier invoices and expense claims within the ERP system.

Participate in accounts payable reconciliations and related control activities.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and accounting procedures.

Support the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and workflows.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.

Provide administrative and accounting support to the Finance team as required.

• Commercial CFC or equivalent qualification.

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in an industrial environment.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Experience with an ERP system would be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Swiss GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.

• Fluent in French with a good command of English, both written and spoken.
