Data & Intelligence Delivery Consultant

Extract, transform and validate data from multiple source systems and file formats. Support the development and maintenance of ETL processes. Assist with data quality assessments and reconciliation procedures. Work with large datasets and perform validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support data migration and data transformation activities. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Prepare regular management and operational reporting packs. Perform trend analysis, benchmarking, KPI monitoring, and variance analysis. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Assist stakeholders in interpreting analytical findings. Support automation initiatives using scripting and workflow tools. Help streamline repetitive reporting and data processing activities. Participate in the design of scalable and repeatable analytics solutions. Document processes, business rules, and technical specifications. Support data quality monitoring initiatives. Perform reconciliation and validation activities across multiple datasets. Help maintain documentation of data lineage, transformations, and controls. Assist with audit and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance with strong quantitative focus, Similar analytical discipline

• Experience or knowledge of some of the following: SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Excel (advanced level), Power Query, Python, Data modelling concepts, ETL principles, Relational databases, Data quality and validation techniques

• Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Professional proficiency in French is required for roles based in Geneva, while professional proficiency in German is required for roles based in Zurich.
