Be able to apply your risk management knowledge in banking and financial products Focus on performing targeted regulatory audits for our clients in the finance industry in coordination with relevant regulators (primarily FINMA) Gain risk management insights within the financial industry mainly in financial risk areas such as credit, liquidity, interest rate risk, as well as in non-financial risks including operational resilience Have the possibility to participate in advisory projects with a focus on regulatory and supervisory matters Be encouraged to investigate new risk areas (e.g., data analytics)

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor's or advanced graduate university degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, any other business-related field

  • Motivation to work on regulatory audits within multi-disciplinary teams, especially in the areas of primary financial and non-financial risks (such as liquidity, credit or operational risk)

  • A basic understanding of financial services risk management and regulatory topics (including the Basel framework and FINMA circulars) and interest in specializing in these topics

  • Motivation, flexibility and self-drive to constantly learn and acquire new skills and knowledge

  • Fluency in English and French is a pre-requisite, with German as an added advantage

  • Swiss work permit, or ability to obtain a Swiss work permit (e.g. through EU citizenship)

  • First experiences in financial services, consulting, or assurance, preferably with a focus on risk management

  • Practical and/or academic experiences in financial services risk areas (e.g., credit, liquidity, interest, operational and compliance risks)

  • Working towards or already completed a relevant professional qualification (e.g., FRM, CFA)
