Lead with purpose: Oversee HEOR projects with external partners, ensuring scientific rigor and timely delivery. Empower teams globally: Co-create country-level HEOR plans and mentor local professionals to build capabilities. Drive innovation: Adapt economic models and guide Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies to meet diverse market needs. Communicate impact: Translate complex data into clear, compelling value stories for HTA submissions and payer negotiations. Collaborate across cultures: Work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to strengthen global access strategies. Champion visibility: Lead publication planning and represent HEOR at international congresses.

At Abbott’s Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD), we are looking for a Senior Manager in Health Economics & Outcomes Research to shape global initiatives that make a real impact.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • 8+ years’ experience in the biotech, pharma or healthcare sector (incl. consulting) with strong focus in Health Economics, Market Access, or related functions/fields

  • Experience across multiple global regions, especially emerging markets

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare system and evolving trends of the major HTA countries and Emerging countries

  • Strong knowledge of health economic modeling and RWE.

  • Proven leadership in cross-functional or cross-country initiatives.

  • Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, PharmD, MPH) in health economics, public health, epidemiology, or related field.

  • Oncology and/or immunology experience preferred.

  • Passion for improving patient access and affordability.
