Lead and manage digital business for assigned brands, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of client satisfaction. Develop and drive integrated digital strategies across social media, content, influencer marketing, ORM, performance marketing, media, and digital campaigns. Serve as the primary strategic advisor and senior point of contact for key client stakeholders. Lead strategic planning and execution of campaigns aligned with business objectives, brand goals, and performance KPIs. Collaborate with Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Technology, and ORM teams to deliver integrated solutions. Review campaign performance and present insights, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal leadership. Lead client reviews, business discussions, brainstorming sessions, and pitch presentations. Ensure operational excellence, quality control, and timely delivery across multiple high-value accounts. Drive revenue growth through account expansion, client retention, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities. Contribute actively to new business development and support achievement of revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
10+ years of agency experience in Digital Client Servicing / Account Management within leading digital or integrated agencies.
Strong digital-first background with expertise across integrated digital marketing solutions.
Proven experience handling large-scale Automobile clients/accounts.
Demonstrated success in managing senior client stakeholders and driving business growth.
Strong strategic thinking, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-value business mandates.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while balancing multiple priorities.
