Analyst - Financial Services Audit

Drive effective and reliable financial and non-financial reporting as a forward-looking auditor with in-depth business process and internal controls understanding. Develop expertise in financial services regulations (e.g., AMLO-FINMA) and support organizations in meeting evolving regulatory requirements. Conduct regulatory audits that identify compliance gaps, assess control effectiveness, and drive remediation strategies to ensure adherence to supervisory expectations and industry standards. • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics (ideally with a specialization in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Controlling) and preferably have previous internship or work experience

• You have excellent analytical competencies and are interested in understanding the world of banking and finance

• You enjoy solving complex challenges in a team and are interested in the financial market, as well as innovation, and transformation (including but not limited to data analytics)

• You are keen to learn and to complete further education to become a Swiss CPA at EXPERTsuisse

• You are fluent in German and English, French or Italian are a plus

• You are curious and courageous
