Senior Manager Life Insurance - Actuarial Services, Audit & Assurance

Develop and coach the actuarial team for life insurance. Lead business development activities for the actuarial team in life and health insurance. Deliver projects together with other actuaries or in a multidisciplinary team. Take responsibilities for workstreams or projects. Directly leading a variety of client projects, such as actuarial transformation projects, M&A transactions, audits or valuations. Managing the lifecycle of projects from proposals, contracting, delivery to invoicing. Business development: identification of business ideas and opportunities, generation of new business with internal and external clients. Participating and leading thought leadership. All aspects of the employee lifecycle from finding, acquiring and training new talent to performance reviews and promotions.

• You have a University degree (ETH or University) in actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics or similar quantitative field

• You are qualified actuary “Actuary SAA” or equivalent

• You have experience in an actuarial position preferably in Consulting in the Swiss market

• You have excellent analytical and communication skills with a real willingness to learn and make a difference, and you enjoy working with different people from different fields

• You communicate confidently in German and in English with different levels of stakeholders – German / Swiss German is a must

• You demonstrate proven business development experience

• Affinity with technology, such as actuarial modelling tools, AI platforms, data platforms.
