Act as a key procurement partner for critical capital investments and related indirect spend across the organization (Re-)Shape and implement sourcing strategies for selected categories, aligned with business priorities and long-term objectives Lead supplier selection processes, strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions Build productive supplier partnerships that drive performance, innovation, value creation, and risk management Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and procurement stakeholders to deliver strategic projects Promote procurement best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement transformation, or a related field
Expertise in change management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Business acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk, sustainability, and supplier performance objectives
Analytical thinking and the ability to use data and insights to support decision-making
A collaborative approach and experience working across functions and international environments
Fluency in English and German; French language skills are an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or other related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage, along with experience in procurement, engineering, or technical categories
