Site Reliability Engineer

Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the OpenShift platform and its ecosystem (Kong, Kafka, Vault). Manage the platform lifecycle: provisioning, updates, patching, and capacity planning. Implement and maintain observability solutions (metrics, logs, tracing) using Prometheus, Grafana, and associated tools. Establish governance for observability and operability of applications hosted on the platform. Handle incident response and perform root cause analysis for platform-related issues. Collaborate with security teams to apply best practices and ensure compliance in containerized environments. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform architecture and operational processes.

• Higher education in Computer Science (master’s degree or equivalent).

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent command of OpenShift and/or Kubernetes administration

• Excellent command of monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana) and overall operational maintenance

• Excellent command of Linux (RHEL/CentOS)

• Excellent command of scripting (Shell, Python)

• Knowledge networking, security, and RBAC concepts in containerized environments

• Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery strategies

• Responsible, rigorous, versatile, flexible, and with strong interpersonal skills. Team player, continuous improvement mindset, proactive

• Fluent in French and English

• Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate
