IT Production Engineer – Scheduling / File Transfer / Monitoring

Operate and monitor production systems in a hybrid environment (on-premise and Cloud). Implement and automate workflows using DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, scripting). Participate in Cloud migration projects and help define best practices. Contribute to AI-based initiatives for predictive monitoring and process optimization. Provide Level 2/3 support for production incidents and collaborate with technical teams. Document processes and propose improvements for reliability and efficiency.

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Zero to 3-4 years of experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash) and interest in automation.

• Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in IT operations.

• Good analytical skills, willingness to learn, and team spirit.

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

• Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.
