Lead and develop the Spain teams based in Geneva and Zurich, ensuring strong performance and engagement within the bank’s strategy. Define and execute a strategic business plan, including commercial initiatives, market positioning, and revenue growth. Coach and develop Private Bankers while attracting and retaining top talent. Drive business performance, including team and individual KPIs, revenue growth, and Net New Money generation. Ensure excellence in risk management and compliance, maintaining the highest standards. Act as a member of the SELA Executive Committee, contributing to broader regional strategy and decision-making. Strengthen market intelligence on Spain and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Design and coordinate tailored offerings and initiatives for Spanish clients across locations and regional markets
