Production Engineer Aseptic Processes

Act as the technical link between the Value Streams and M2U. Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns. Support daily operations through troubleshooting. Improve and adjust equipment while ensuring GMP compliance. Coordinate suppliers and internal partners during breakdowns. Work on deviations, SQUIPP and CAPA actions. Lead small investment projects in plant engineering. Support project management on maintenance topics. Cover for other plant engineers and join the on-call service. Act as technical SME and support operational readiness. Contribute to plant and process safety.

• Technical engineering degree or similar technical training

• Experience in maintenance, production engineering or technical projects in a GMP environment

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant maintenance

• Confident in troubleshooting complex equipment

• Able to lead situationally and work well across functions

• Structured, reliable and hands-on

• Fluent in German and English
