Lead Application Development

Lead, mentor, and support the professional growth of the development team Foster a collaborative culture and encourage knowledge sharing across the team Ensure adherence to development standards, architectural principles, and quality guidelines Drive continuous improvement through modern technologies, DevOps practices, and low-code platforms Support the team in solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality software solutions on time Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and other leads to align development activities with business and organizational goals

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field

• Experience leading and developing teams with the ability to motivate and empower employees

• Several years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban as well as DevOps practices

• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, microservices architectures, and CI/CD pipelines

• Ideally, experience with low-code platforms, especially Mendix, for rapid application development

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills with a collaborative mindset

• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
