Intern Administrator LNG & LPG Operations

Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Systematically maintain contractual documentation, both physically and electronically, in line with Axpo’s record management guidelines. Manage central contracts related to Trading, Scheduling, and Regulatory Reporting. Coordinate processes and ensure seamless information flow to relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the design and development of the department’s process landscape, proposing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Provide conceptual and supportive input to internal and external projects, collaborating with business experts on respective systems. Update internal trading systems after the completion of loading/discharging shipping operations. Archive all relevant documentation related to each shipping operation.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Education: University degree (Bachelor, Master, or higher) in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in a Business Administration role (relevant training will be provided).

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Team-oriented mindset with perseverance and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. Strong problem-solving, conceptual, and communication skills. Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new tools and analytical techniques.

  • Languages: Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus.
