Senior Sales Structured Products

Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver customized structured products to banks, external asset managers, brokers and institutional clients Cross-sell complementary products and services of other Markets sales teams to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth Partner with internal teams (e.g. Intermediaries Desk) to leverage market insights, optimize sales approaches and expand the Structured Products business Identify new business opportunities and create value-added solutions for clients through market research, industry analysis and regular client contact Work closely with internal stakeholders (trading, risk management and product development teams) to design and deliver innovative structured products that meet the specific needs of our clients

A leading Swiss Wealth Manager with a presence in Zurich is seeking an experienced Structured Products Sales specialist with a deep understanding of the Swiss market and a proven ability to drive sales growth through strong relationships with key clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or Business Administration (CFA or CAIA is a plus)

• Proven expertise in structured products sales with a deep understanding of complex financial instruments, including actively managed certificates (AMCs) and other derivatives

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, including market trends, regulations, and industry developments

• Consistent achievement of sales targets with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and a talent for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to think creatively

• Fluent in German and English (French a plus)
