University Graduate – Transformation Strategist

During the programme, you will: Support Change the Bank portfolio steering and prioritisation, including analysis of strategic initiatives, management reporting, and preparation of decision-making materials for senior management. Drive and coordinate communications for key strategic initiative, including monthly achievements updates, website enhancements, roadmap maintenance, and benefits tracking. Contribute to the development of the Global Target Operating Model, supporting the definition of future state capabilities and alignment with strategic transformation priorities. Create high-quality presentations, structure analysis, reports, and executive communications for senior stakeholders. Contribute to broader Transformation Office priorities and strategic projects as required

Team / Beschreibung

As part of the Switzerland / COO you will join Digital Business Transformation / Transformation Office Team, which plays a key role translating strategic priorities into a value-driven transformation portfolio and orchestrating portfolio execution through a strategic Programme Management Office (PMO). The team ensures effective governance across steering, demand management, design, and delivery while providing holistic, outcome-oriented reporting on the Bank’s change portfolio. The Transformation Office also supports the Digital Business Transformation (DBT) unit in strategic communications to the Group Wealth Management Committee (GWMC), Executive Board (ExB), and Board of Directors (BoD). In addition, the team contributes to key strategic initiatives, incl. strategy development and communication.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field with above-average grades, a Master's degree is an advantage (graduation max. 12 months ago)

  • Initial exposure to banking, wealth management, consulting, strategy, or transformation initiatives through internships, work experience, or academic projects

  • Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

  • A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

  • Fluency in English, German is advantage, with additional languages being a plus
