University Graduate - Business Management Region Western Markets & Switzerland

During the programme, you will: Take on a challenging and meaningful role within the Market Area Business Management Teams, supporting the Front as a Business Manager. Deliver on defined management rhythm and on ad-hoc projects in collaboration with local head, business support head, compliance officer and other internal partners like Risk Management, Compliance, Finance. Track and drive the financial performance of the Market Areas against financial plans and provide financial transparency to management and business stakeholders, including the preparation of strategy paper, Town Hall, Management Committee, and an understanding of Legal Entity Financials. Manage and coordinate risk management topics across the Market Area as well as support business initiatives from a risk perspective; ensure deadlines are adhered on all levels. Enable MA Heads to run their Market Areas efficiently and successfully and act as a sparring partner to the MAH for operational tasks. Support the MA Communications Strategy and newsletters.

As part of the Western Markets & Switzerland/Chief of Staff you will join Chief of Staff / Business Management Latam, Iberia, Monaco, Europe Intl & Lux, which plays a key role supporting the Private Banking Front teams through project management, financial analysis, risk and strategy deep dives.

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences (graduation max. 12 months ago)

• Initial practical experience in banking or financial industry helps (i.e. summer internship or internship)

• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth

• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning

• Fluency in English, with Spanish being a plus
