Act as an application expert for our Securities Lending and Borrowing solution SFTC Provide comprehensive end-to-end 1st & 2nd level support to front traders Assure system availability, handle run-the-bank issues and manage releases to maintain seamless operations Support business colleagues in their daily work and conduct investigations as needed Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations for enhancing system and processes As a member of our agile organization, participate in daily routines and ceremonies, and contribute your expertise to the quarterly Program Increment Planning (PI) As an employee of Global Products & Solutions Technology, serve as a local liaison between our team, Central IT, and external vendor

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
5+ years of practical, hands-on experience as an IT Engineer, Support Engineer, and/or IT Administrator within financial environment
Knowledge of Securities Lending and Borrowing solution (FIS SFTC), formerly APEX Collateral Management/FINACE is essential
Apprenticeship in a technical profession, college diploma, or equivalent education or experience
Basic development skills in databases and SQL, Unix, scripting, and Java are considered a plus
Experience as DevOps Engineer and CI/CD as well as troubleshooting general IT issues
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or comparable qualifications are a plus
Proven ability to communicate effectively with management, business units, IT teams, and external vendors
Independent, efficient, proactive, and meticulous working style with strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Business fluency in English (C1/C2 level)
