GPS Strategy & Business Development Project Leader

In this role, the primary responsibilities include shaping and driving the global strategic agenda for GPS. This entails spearheading strategic growth initiatives that align with the Bank’s overarching strategy, ensuring strong alignment across regions, and based on client demand. The individual shall partner closely with business owners/stewards to identify, assess and drive new business opportunities. The role also requires supporting strategic partnerships as well as inorganic business opportunities (e.g. M&As;, establishment of joint ventures) from a GPS perspective. Further, the individual shall coordinate cross-unit collaboration, drive insight generation through robust market and competitor analysis, and support senior management with recommendations and decision-making. The role will report to the Head of GPS Strategy & Business Development (Switzerland & Europe).
