Payments Investigations Specialist

Responsible of conducting the business of the particular function in a way that the operations run smoothly, with good quality, in line with the agreed standards & goals and with risk management awareness. They contribute to the definition of new products/standards and implement them in the respective function and initiate the optimization of services/processes. Payments Investigations with internal parties, such as Front Colleagues, Compliance and external parties, such as international branches and our Correspondent banks via telephone, email and SWIFT. Documenting and solving cases in the internal case management application in line with the regulatory requirements. Analysing and processing open cash positions (reconciliation). Preparing and processing internal reversals. First level filtering: Real-time sanction hit handling of false positive matches with escalation of full and close matches to second level Compliance.
