Support sales activities for Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC) and Conventional Signalling solutions in international rail projects. Analyze customer requirements and develop system concepts. Prepare high-quality technical proposals, specifications, and tender documents. Act as the technical interface to customers, consultants, and partners. Contribute to bid strategy, cost estimation, and risk assessment. Ensure compliance with relevant railway standards. Support system integration topics and alignment with internal engineering teams. Monitor market trends and contribute to product and solution positioning.

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Railway Engineering, or similar
10+ years of experience in CBTC, rail signalling, or system engineering
Strong understanding of train control systems, system architecture, and interfaces
Experience in tendering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles
Knowledge of railway standards and safety-critical systems
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with commercial awareness
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus)
Willingness to travel internationally
