Job Description

As Facilities Team Lead (m/w/d) you are responsible for leading the Technical Services Team, ensuring the smooth operation of all technical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, clean utilities, etc.) and compliance with applicable GxP regulations, legal requirements, and standards. You will define the processes of Technical Services and ensure the interface with internal departments and external service providers. You will enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Technical Services area by continuously reviewing requirements and aligning the service offerings. You will create and adhere to the budget for Technical Services, monitor costs, and ensure that financial resources are allocated correctly and efficiently within the guidelines.

Education

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufslehre im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, zudem runden betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse dein Profil ab

Experience

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im FM Umfeld, idealerweise in der Healthcare oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

• Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams und ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
• Stufengerechte Kommunikation und Fokus auf Fairness und Teamplay
